Straight answers.
What Raven does, what it never does, and what you pay for. Two or three sentences each.
The basics.
What is Raven?+
Raven fills in contact forms for you, on the websites of the businesses you want to reach. You only pay for forms that were sent.
Learn more about form filling ->How does it work, in one minute?+
- 1Pick who to reach: our business database, a fresh search, or your own list.
- 2Fill in your details once, and write one short line.
- 3Raven fills in each business's contact form, sends it, and checks it went through.
- 4Replies come back to a separate address, sorted for you.
Does it work?+
Raven is the product rebuilt from a system that brought a Los Angeles advertising agency $100k+ in new revenue from under $3k of spend,* and 61 sales calls in one quarter.** Your list and your line decide your own results.
Read the case study ->Who is it for?+
Agencies and small businesses that want to reach other businesses. It was first built for an advertising agency in Los Angeles.
How fast can I start?+
Once your card, your details and your line are in. Your first list is ready instantly, and you watch the forms go out on a live progress bar.
What about CAPTCHAs?+
Raven solves them for you, unless you turn that off in your settings. If it can't get past one, the site is marked protected and you don't pay for it.
Your brand and inbox.
Is this spam?+
No. Raven sends one short, human line per site, through the site's own contact form, the way a person would. No attachments, and no links unless you add one.
Learn more about brand safety ->Does it send from my email?+
No. Raven fills in forms on the businesses' websites and never emails them, from your address or any other. Your domain and your inbox are never at risk.
What will the business see?+
Their own contact form, filled in like a person would: your details from your profile, and your one line in the message box. Required questions get honest answers only, and newsletter boxes are always left unchecked.
Learn more about your profile ->Will Raven contact the same business twice?+
Not for you within 90 days: Raven won't send to a site you've already reached in that time. A “remove us” reply means Raven won't contact that business for you again.
What about forms that say “no solicitation”?+
Raven skips them, in English and Japanese. They show in your campaign as “asks for no pitches”, and they're never charged.
Paying.
What do I pay for?+
Only forms that were sent: Raven saw the site say thanks, show a new page, or clear the form. Unsure, no form, protected, unreachable, refused or skipped: never charged.
See every outcome ->Are the first 100 forms really free?+
Yes. Add a card to claim them; nothing is charged until you pick a pack.
How much are the packs?+
Starter is $99 for 1,000 forms ($0.10 a form), Growth $399 for 5,000 ($0.08), and Volume $1,199 for 20,000 ($0.06). A pack is paid once and used as forms are sent; payments are handled by Stripe, which also handles sales tax.
See the packs ->Can I get a refund?+
Do unused forms expire?+
Lists.
Where do the businesses come from?+
From our business database: 7.7 million US and UK businesses with their own website,*** free to use. When it doesn't have enough, Raven searches the web for businesses that match a few words, for $20 per 1,000 new sites.
Learn more about lists ->Can I use my own list?+
Yes, for free. Paste or upload a CSV of websites. Duplicates come out, and Raven still won't send to a site you've reached in the last 90 days.
Which countries?+
The US and the UK, today. That's what our business database covers.
Which businesses does Raven reach first?+
Sites with a contact form we already know works. Within that, the order is shuffled for each customer, so customers don't all start on the same businesses.
Can I export a list?+
Yes, once you've bought a pack. Each pack you buy lets you export as many sites as it has forms: 1,000, 5,000 or 20,000.
What you see.
Can I see what was sent?+
Yes, for every site: screenshots of each step (loaded, form found, filled, the form, sent), the button Raven pressed, and what the page said back. If a form wasn't sent, you see why; screenshots are kept for 90 days.
Learn more about proof ->Where do replies go?+
To a separate address, on your own domain or one we provide, so they never crowd your inbox. Replies are matched to their sites and sorted: positive, negative or automated, with newsletters counted as automated. Real replies are forwarded to your own inbox.
Learn more about replies ->Do I reply from Raven?+
No, from your own email: the Reply button opens it, addressed to them. Raven never emails the businesses itself.
Can I test two lines?+
Yes. Send two lines in one campaign and see the positive replies for each side by side.
Learn more about A/B lines ->Can I see who clicked my link?+
Yes. Add your link to the message, and Raven gives each site its own version, so you see which sites clicked.
Learn more about link clicks ->Who's behind it.
Who's behind Raven?+
Tidy Work (tidy.work). Tom Youngblood built the first version for the Los Angeles agency in the case study and ran it for two years; Raven is that system, rebuilt as a product.
What happens to my details?+
They're used only for your own campaigns: in the forms you send, and by the AI model that matches them to each form. Other customers never see them, and they're never used to train AI. Delete your account in Settings and they're gone after 30 days. The privacy policy has the details.
Can I talk to someone before I start?+
*Across the whole engagement, as reported.
**January to March 2026, from the agency's own lead sheet.
***7,744,565 businesses in our database on September 25, 2026.
