Proof of every send.
For every site, Raven keeps a screenshot of each step and what the site said back. You only pay for the ones that were sent.

A screenshot of every step.
On every site, Raven takes a screenshot at each step, from the page it lands on to the page after Send. You see what Raven saw.
- Contact

5. SentThe page after Send.
- +Every site, not a sample. Each site in a campaign gets its own record.
- +Word for word. What the site said back is kept with the screenshots.
- +Kept for 90 days. In your dashboard, for every campaign.
What Raven writes down.
Next to the screenshots, each site gets a short record in plain words. It starts with the question you care about: was it sent?
| Was it sent? | |
|---|---|
| Result | The outcome, in plain words. If it wasn't sent, a line says why. |
| Sent | Yes, No or Unsure. |
| Pressed | The button's own words: “Send message” |
| The page said | What the site said back, word for word: “Thanks! We'll be in touch.” |
| Ended on | The page Raven finished on. |
| How it got there | |
| Page | The contact page Raven used. |
| Steps | The buttons Raven pressed to get through a form with several steps. |
| Message | Which of your lines was sent: A or B. |
| Values landed | How many of the values Raven filled in were really on the form when it was sent: 3 of 3 |
| Check on page | Whether the site had a human check (a CAPTCHA). |
| Link clicked | Yes or no, if your line has a tracked link. |
| Time | How many seconds the site took. |
Only “sent” costs a form.
Every site ends with one outcome, in the dashboard's own words. Here are the main ones. A form is used only when Raven saw it go through. Everything else is free, and shown to you, never hidden.
| Outcome | What it means | You pay |
|---|---|---|
| Sent | The form went through, and the site confirmed it. | 1 form |
| Unsure | Raven pressed Send, but the site didn't confirm it went through. | free |
| The site didn't take it | Raven pressed Send, and the site didn't accept the message. | free |
| No form | The site has no contact form. | free |
| Protected | A human check (a CAPTCHA) Raven couldn't get past. Raven solves them for you, unless you turn that off. | free |
| Needs an answer we won't invent | A required question has no true answer for you. Raven skips the site instead of guessing. | free |
| Asks for no pitches | The form says “no solicitation”. Raven skips it. | free |
| Unreachable | The site didn't load. | free |
The whole campaign, live.
Each campaign has one progress bar that fills as sites finish: sent in color, not sent in gray. Real numbers only. Under it, the funnel: forms attempted, forms sent, replies, positive replies.
Test two lines.
Write two lines for one campaign. Raven sends one of them to each site and shows the positive replies for each, side by side. Keep the one that gets answered.
Do you ever partner with other agencies?
Who handles new partnerships on your side?
- +Every site's record says which line it got: A or B.
- +Start plain. The best line in our case study was one short question.
See who clicked.
Add your link to the line. Raven gives each site its own version of it, so you see which sites clicked.

- +No link unless you add one. No attachments either.
- +In every site's record: Link clicked, yes or no.
