What counts as sent.
One outcome uses a form. The rest are free. Raven shows you every one, with the reason.

Lists.
Our database and your own list are free. A fresh search is paid up front, and you see the price before anything is charged.
- ✓Every list is checked. Duplicates removed, and lists Raven builds drop dead sites.
- ✓Never twice. Raven won't send to a site you've reached in the last 90 days.
- $CSV export: each pack you buy lets you export as many sites as it has forms: 1,000, 5,000 or 20,000.
Paying.
- $A pack is paid once. Then each sent form uses one, until it runs out.
- +Payments are handled by Stripe, which also handles sales tax.

Do I pay if nobody replies?+
Yes. You pay for a sent form, not for a reply. Your list and your line decide how many businesses write back.
What if Raven isn't sure a form went through?+
It's free. “Unsure” never uses a form, and its screenshots are there for you to check.
Is my card charged for the free forms?+
No. You add a card to claim them, and nothing is charged until you pick a pack.
Can a fresh search cost more than it says?+
No. You see the price before anything is charged, and you pay it up front: $20 per 1,000 new sites.
