Only real replies reach you.
Replies go to a separate address, and Raven sorts every one. Newsletters and auto-replies never crowd your inbox.
Replies, as you'll see them*
emily@reply.lanternhousemedia.com
“Yes, who should I talk to?”
“We do. Can you send over a few times?”
A separate address.
Replies come back to an address made for them, so they never crowd your own inbox. Use your own domain, or an address we give you.
emily@reply.lanternhousemedia.com
^ the word you pick
- +Your own domain. You pick the word before it, “reply” by default. Raven checks it's free, then shows you the one DNS record to add.
- +Or an address we give you, if you'd rather leave your domain alone.
Sorted for you.
Raven sorts every reply into one of three kinds. Newsletters count as automated, so they stay out of your inbox. Your Replies screen shows positive replies first.
Yes, who should I talk to?-> someone wants to talk
Not right now, thanks.-> a person, saying no
Matched to the site.
A reply from the business's own domain is matched to the site it came from, so you know which form it answers. It counts in that campaign's funnel, and for its line, A or B.
When a business writes back “remove us”, Raven won't contact it for you again.
> reply from megan@framehouse.co ✓ matched to framehouse.co ✓ campaign: Agency partners, line A ✓ sorted: positive ✓ forwarded to your inbox > reply from ryan@cutandrun.media ✓ matched to cutandrun.media ✓ read as “remove us” ✓ won't be contacted for you again > waiting for the next reply
Forwarded to you.
Real replies, positive or negative, are forwarded to your own inbox. Automated mail and newsletters are not.
“Always. What kind of work do you do?”
“Good timing. Free for a call Tuesday?”
“Please remove us from your list.”
You write back yourself.
Press Reply and your own email opens, addressed to them. The conversation is yours, from your own address.
- xRaven never emails the businesses. It fills in their forms. Writing back is up to you.
- xRaven never sends from your email. Your inbox and your domain are never at risk.
A few questions.
Will this flood my inbox?+
No. Replies go to a separate address, and only real replies are forwarded to you. Automated mail and newsletters never reach your inbox.
Do I have to check another inbox?+
No. Real replies are forwarded to the inbox you already use. They're also on your Replies screen in Raven, sorted, positive first.
What do I add to my domain?+
One DNS record. You pick the word before your domain, “reply” by default, and Raven checks it's free before showing you the record. Or use an address we give you instead.
Does Raven email anyone for me?+
No. Raven never emails the businesses, and never sends from your email. It fills in their forms. When someone replies, you answer from your own email.
What if a business says “remove us”?+
Raven won't contact that business for you again.
Can I see which line got the replies?+
Yes. Replies are matched to their sites, so with two lines in one campaign you see the positive replies for each, side by side. How two lines work.
