Every list is checked.
Every list Raven builds is cleaned up and put in order. Dead sites and duplicates come out. Sites with a contact form we know works go first.

Ready, in your own order4 sites
- ✓Dead sites dropped. A site that fails to load five times, spread over time, and was never reached, comes off the list.
- ✓Duplicates removed. Each site is on your list once.
- ✓Known working forms first. Sites whose contact form we already know works go to the top.
- ✓Your own order. Within that, the order is shuffled for each customer, so customers don't all start on the same businesses.
03
Never the same site twice.
Raven won't send to a site you've already reached in the last 90 days. If it turns up on your next list, Raven skips it, and a skipped site is free.

- ✓“Remove us” means never again. If a business replies “remove us”, Raven won't contact it for you again.
- ✓“No solicitation” is respected. Forms that say so are skipped, in English and Japanese. What else Raven skips ->

List questions.
How do I say who I want?+
In a few words: what they do and where, like “agencies · Austin, TX”. Raven builds the list from our business database. It's free, and your first list is ready instantly.
What if the database doesn't have enough?+
Run a fresh search. Raven searches the web for businesses that match your words, for $20 per 1,000 new sites. You see the price before anything is charged.
Can I bring my own list?+
Yes, for free. Paste websites or upload a CSV. Duplicates come out, and Raven still won't send to a site you've reached in the last 90 days.
Will I start where other customers start?+

Can I download my list?+
Yes, once you've bought a pack. Each pack you buy lets you export as many sites as it has forms: 1,000, 5,000 or 20,000.
